At Mocka, we want you to love your new home additions, which is why we offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy on most of our furniture and decor items. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once our warehouse team inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
